Where to even begin... my session with Shannon far exceeded my expectations and my expectations were set high. She began by spending time to really understand what I'm currently navigating in life and where I wanted to focus our session.
During the session her guidance helped me uncover an unseen block that was holding me back from stepping into my next chapter. After the session, I told her about the block that had come up along with the intuitive action I felt I needed to take but was resisting. She held a beautiful safe space for me that supported me in standing in my truth and worth.

Description gI love my breathwork sessions with Shannon. They show me parts of myself that I don’t often sit with. My sessions with her are an excellent example of why some call emotions energy in motion. I feel my emotions like ripples or waves of energy flowing through my body. I can feel my body’s desire to surrender to and then move this energy. When I surrender, I feel everything intensely but in a way that is much less overwhelming than when I experience those emotions in my day to day life because they release quickly since I’m not either suppressing them or creating a story about them that I can dwell on and torture myself with. When I kick, shake or dance the energy out of my body I feel so LIBERATED! These sessions help me to understand, accept, and embrace with myself as I work on my personal growth and also transition into a new life as an entrepreneur. As a result of these sessions I have built so much confidence, improved my relationship with myself, and have made significant progress towards launching my program.
